Social media is big, it’s here to stay and it is only going to get bigger. Don’t ignore this powerful form of media. Check out this video from MSNBC:
Social Media is not a Trend
Have you started your social media marketing with your Tucson business yet? If not, don’t despair, just get yourself some training on social media for business and get started. One thing to mention is that if you are going to utilize social media marketing (and I highly recommend you do), it is a commitment and you have to stick with it. The benefits are huge though. Try asking some of your employees if they would be comfortable writing up some posts for you. And know that you can use third-party content as well – but don’t abuse that. There is a lot of great training out there for you. We’ll be posting some great tips here as well and may even host a webinar or a live event down the road. Let us knwo if you’d be interested in that.
For now here are some general tips:
Choose a name for your account that matches your business if you can. Once you get 25 “likes” for your page, you can get a vanity url. This is prettier that the string of numbers that you usually see.
Next, add a sidebar graphic to your page.
Also fill out the little box that is just below the graphic.
Now you are off to a good start. We’ll talk more about what to add to the rest of your page later as well as what to post and secrets to get more fans for your page. Plus we’ll go over Facebook pay per click – this cane be more powerful that Google!
